What are the conditions for recommending adoption of a national standard for a certain product?

There is no condition for recommending adoption of a national standard. Any person, government agency or organizations may make such proposals by completing the form of proposal, which may be accompanied by a draft of national standards and relevant documents (technical specifications, standards, etc.)
